 We were one of the first carpet cleaning companies in the city of Nottingham to become an approved trader of Nottingham and Nottinghamshire trading standards and registered on their Buy with Confidence scheme. They have spoken to our customers to ensure that they have been happy with the work we did for them and that they were happy with our business ethics. Trading standards also monitor our ongoing performance.
In order to become an approved trader, we must pass a Criminal Records Bureau check to see if we have a criminal record. This CRB report is available for you to see on request.

Derwent Cleaning Services are one of Nottinghams most respected and experienced carpet cleaning companies. Based in West Bridgford we cater for both residential and commercial customers. We have a proven track record so you can feel assured calling us for your carpet and upholstery requirements. Our aim is to breathe new life into your carpets and upholstery.

We are based in West Bridgford, Nottingham but we cover the whole of the East Midlands area. We are an independant local company, proud of it's reputation for safe and thorough carpet cleaning using only premium, top quality child and pet friendly products which are safe for asthma sufferers and for anyone that has chemical sensitivities (allergies).
 Our customers
We have a wide range of customers including commercial clients like Notts County FC and The National Watersports Centre at Holme Pierrepont through to residential customers who just need small jobs like ''the box'' room cleaning because they have visitors arriving for a short stay. Whatever your needs, we can accomodate you at a reasonable cost and in our usual prompt and professional manner.

 Method
 We usually use the hot water extraction method sometimes called ''steam cleaning''.This will give you a nice deep clean leaving your carpets and upholstery clean and fresh. It is also very effective at removing stains and smells caused by bacteria, smoke, animals, food and drink etc. (Carpet manufacturers prefer this method of cleaning) However I can offer alternative cleaning processes such as low moisture carpet cleaning and dry compound carpet cleaning.
